PA Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh: “Not receiving vaccines is not a matter of individual freedom, as your freedom ends when it causes damage to the health of the other, and particularly to the [social] layers that are more worthy of treatment such as the sick and elderly who are in a high-risk group for the [Corona]virus. [Therefore,] the [PA] government has made a decision that has gone into effect to put the official [PA public] employees who refuse [to get vaccinated] or those who have not vaccinated against the Coronavirus on unpaid leave until the end of the epidemic.”
