“A Fatah Movement delegation briefed Syrian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Faisal Mekdad on the recent developments in the Palestinian cause yesterday [Oct. 6, 2020].
The delegation included Fatah Central Committee Secretary Jibril Rajoub, Central Committee members Samir Al-Rifai and Rawhi Fattouh, and PLO Political Department Director-General Anwar Abd Al-Hadi.
During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in the Syrian capital of Damascus, Rajoub expressed his appreciation for the fact that the government of Syria has succeeded in bringing about security and stability, and he wished that the terror in all the territories of Syria will be eradicated.”
Samir Al-Rifai also serves as Fatah Commissioner of Branches Abroad.
