Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners' Affairs Qadura Fares: "Regarding the question whether the [Palestinian prisoners'] right [to complain about crimes committed against them] will be subject to a statute of limitations, this will not happen. We will continue to monitor the matter before the International Criminal Court (ICC) or any other judicial authority that deals with crimes against humanity, or state courts that allow the prosecution of any senior official if he is defined as a person who has committed such acts."
